Drune - Drune is on the edge of Devon Forest and is mostly populated by Elves, but people of all races are welcome and mingle freely, some even stay and settle down. However, the Elves do not take kindly to orcs. They honor Enid as their God. The Elves of Drune are good hunters and come and go from the town so quietly no one can detect their passage. They are very proud of this and are quiet successful at hunting. Drune history begins deep in the forest for that is the origin of their race. When the world was young, elves lived in peace and worshiped Enid. Though their nature is peaceful, they love their solitude, Enid persuaded their forebearers to build a village where they could work together and drive the orcs from the forest. Enid's words were wise and so their ancestors formed Drune here at the edge of the forest. The Elves of Drune love Limericks. They love to say them and are absolutely enthralled when hearing them. So if you see an elf in Drune and you have a limerick for him, he will undoubtedly be most happy to listen to you recite it. Far to the southwest of Drune, amidst rolling seas of sand, lies a pit that is said to lead to the very bowels of the earth. Therein, the Daemons have made their home.
Silverbrook - Silverbrook is inhabited predominately by elves, most of whom worship Enid. Although they are peaceful and slow to anger, an angry elf is a formidable foe. They, like the elves of Drune, love limericks and they will listen to them intently and even recite them for you. The elves of Silverbrook live in harmony with nature. They hunt and gather food in the nearby forest. Until the War of the Continuum, Silverbrook was inhabited by Orcs but upheaval amongst the Orc tribesman enabled the Elves to invade and overrun the village. They do not associate with the Orcs but they recognize their race is intertwined with the Orcan Heritage as evidenced by the many gargoyles around the town. They prefer a pastoral lifestyle. Everyone is welcome in Silverbrook. The Silverbrook Elves keep pretty much to themselves. These elves are experts in the use of magic and are the best characters to see for magic. West of Silverbrook is the Labyrinth. There you can walk the maze and, if you are lucky, you might just find Marvin's Magic Shop where you can purchase advanced spell books. But be careful, you can get lost in the Labyrinth if you don't watch where you are going.
Monmouth - The people of Monmouth are devoted to Luna, Goddess of the Moon, and in return, she grants the area extremely rich soil where any crop will flourish. Luna's rituals are older than time, and although many different stories abound, most agree that Luna demands blood sacrifices, and many feel it is the blood that keeps the soil fertile. You see, it never rains in Monmouth. Some would say the people of Monmouth are pious and some would say very friendly, but they all agree it is a beautiful place to be. You can be the judge. This town is ancient and its origin extends back into the mist. North of Monmouth is the Holy Caves there you can gain experience and holy acknowledgment. Be forewarned, killing the righteous inhabitants of the Holy Caves is bound to affect you.
