These two dungeons are located inside shops. Do these quests very early on in your Realm career. They are intended to give beginning characters a financial boost. Be sure to talk to the shopkeeper prior to embarking on the quest.
Tactics
- Ashtaway: I went through Wen Clothes' cellar as a thief at level 7. I cleaned up. This dungeon is good for low levels, just make sure you have Invul for the last fight. If you're a thief use throwing daggers, if you're a warrior use any two-handed weapon.
- Mistling: The cellar under the Troll Spit Tavern is the greatest place for an actual new player to start in, you can find some fair to decent starting EQ in there (mostly troll leather) and you will get that first level on your first run.
Warriors: Tank it up, use a Tempered Steel Broad Sword (950gp at a Myth/TS shop) and beat the rats down until you are around level 5. By this time you should have some money for a bit of armor and can head north of EL to fight Ghoulies!
Thieves: the Throwers are your best bet, once again I suggest Tempered Steel since it hits for more than Myth. Use the same method as Warriors for the whole thing.
Adventurers: See Warriors
Wizards: Blast them as hard as you can, this place is much better than RR because it's controlled. that and you are guaranteed at least 300 gp each time you go through so you can actualy earn some mana. Worst thing is, your spells won't do much, Find someone who can give you a strong Immolation, that way when they hit you (and they will), it's still in your favor.- See your ideas here...
